We still have to assign functions in some countries.
Special ambassador and counsellor for regions and country-competences.
At least prerequested for that is:
Promoting and establishing our task, recruiting further menbers, etc..
Naturally for such delicate positions one needs:
Active interest to develop our project (i.e. member-recruitment, PR-activities, enabling contacts to media, politicians, etc.)
Support by diplomatic missions is guaranteed for all our functionaries.
